Thank you for visiting lovie shop! Below you will find all the info you need regarding our shipping! All orders are shipped via FedEx or FedEx Express.

TRANSIT TIMES
Standard shipping takes 7 to 9 BUSINESS days once shipped
Express shipping takes 1 to 3 BUSINESS days once shipped
Free Shipping on all USA orders over $99

ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing may take 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing time is not included in the transit times. You will also receive another notification once your order has shipped.

ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

THINGS TO NOTE
- Our products are shipped with love and care! Once they leave our studio, we cannot change the order upon your wish. Once the item has been marked delivered by the respective shipping carriers, we are unable to provide replacement items.
- Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order will be sent back to use due to incorrect address provided by the customer's part, the customer will be responsible to pay the additional shipping. If the customer requests a return instead, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

- Shipping cost will also not be refunded as we have to cover the return cost of the shipment.
